Look forward to Lucerne classics and Swiss specialties, interpreted in a modern way and prepared with seasonal ingredients from the region. Enjoy, for example, our original Lozärner Fritschipastetli, a fine Stanser Cordon bleu or a delicious vegan "Gschnätzlets" Stroganoff.

Under the direction of head chef Christoph Grauert, our team cooks regional, homemade and fresh food. From the sourdough bread to the breadcrumbs for our cordon bleu, we create everything by hand directly in our kitchen.

The result is honest cuisine that you can taste. 

Many of our products come from local producers - from Entlebuch burrata to rainbow trout from Bremgarten. This allows us not only to guarantee the best quality, but also to support regional agriculture and sustainable production.
