We look forward to welcoming you to our Gleis 1 Restaurant and spoiling you with culinary delights. The Hotel Waldstätterhof Lucerne, in the heart of Switzerland, can look back on 120 years of history.

Not only for this reason, but also out of pride in the quality and variety of all products, we work mainly with Swiss products. Our head chef, Christoph Grauert, and his kitchen team have implemented our philosophy of culinary "Swissness". On the following pages you will not only find typical Lucerne specialties, but also from other regions of our beautiful country.

As our kitchen prepares everything fresh, we also cater for guests with gluten intolerance. Please inform our service staff when ordering.

Our F&B Manager, Biljana Markovic and her crew will be happy to provide you with advice and assistance, and are committed to making your stay in our restaurant a great experience.
