This week we celebrated a very special anniversary: our dear colleague Nexhmije has been an indispensable part of our team for 20 years. Two decades of dedication, loyalty and daily commitment - this fills us with great pride and gratitude.
In an industry like ours, where change is part of everyday life, such a long collaboration is anything but a matter of course. It is therefore all the more important to us not to simply let such anniversaries pass by, but to consciously celebrate and honor them.
Nexhmije has not only witnessed major milestones such as the hotel expansion in 2012 and the renovation in 2023, but still shapes our daily hotel operations to this day. She is usually the first to arrive at 6 o'clock in the morning. In the kitchen, she ensures that our guests can start the day with a hot breakfast. For her anniversary, we chose a card that immediately reminded us of her: colorful, bright, cheerful - just like Nexhmije herself.
Dear Nexhmije, thank you for 20 colorful and reliable years. We are happy to have you in the team and look forward to many more moments together!
