Our summer menu is here!

From today, July 2, 2025, we will be serving our new summer evening menu at Restaurant Gleis 1 in Lucerne - fresh, seasonal and put together with great attention to detail.

Our kitchen team led by head chef Christoph Grauert has retained tried and tested classics and added summer highlights. Our popular fritschi pie, for example, remains a firm fixture on the menu, as do our specialties on pre-order: the 1kg porterhouse steak to share or the whole Swiss pike-perch in a salt crust.

New summer creations such as the fresh tomato and nectarine salad with Entlebuch burrata as a starter or the grilled cauliflower on potato cream as a vegetarian main course, personally recommended by the chef.
