The Christmas season invites us to look back, be thankful, and look ahead. For us at the Hotel Waldstätterhof and Restaurant Gleis 1, the past year was marked by special moments, encounters, and shared experiences.
Thank you for your visits, your loyalty, and the many wonderful moments we have been able to experience together with you. Whether relaxing overnight stays, enjoyable evenings, or special celebrations, you have filled our hotel with life.
Our highlights for 2025
Our highlights definitely included our own events, which we were able to organize with a lot of passion. We particularly remember the day with the Runners Club Lucerne, where runners were able to enjoy, discover, and exchange ideas at various food stations in the Gleis 1 restaurant. Equally great was the wine tasting with Oli from Fischer Weine, which provided exciting conversations, new taste experiences, and enjoyable hours.
We were also proud to receive the ibex fairstay gold certificate for our commitment to sustainability, a recognition that encourages us to continue on our path in a responsible and conscious manner.
Last but not least, we also have fond memories of the moments we spent together as a team, especially our summer barbecue, which focused on team spirit, fun, and appreciation.
