Today we say goodbye to a very special colleague: Silvina had her last day at work and is now entering her well-deserved retirement.
For five years, she has shaped our housekeeping team with her dedication, warmth, and care. Her nickname, "Avó," Portuguese for grandmother, says it all: she was always there when someone needed support and enriched our team with her warmth.
